It’s important that ethics training is tailored to the needs of particular staff. Line managers need to know just as much about ethics as their team members, but need to be particularly good at offering support and guidance.  Directors need to understand where ethics and their responsibilities overlap. Some staff will be exposed to greater ethical risk than others and need extra support in how to handle such situations.
